Wheelchair access at Cranmer Country Cottages
At Cranmer Country Cottages we have 2 specifically designed cottages providing accessible acommodation for holiday visitors to Norfolk with mobility impairment.
The Norfolk holiday cottages with weelchair access are Wagtail and Tern. All acommodation is on ground floor level, with one bedroom , either single or double providing lateral transfer space to the bed. Both holiday cottages have spacious wet room style bathrooms with an optional drop down arm and grab rails next to the W.C. We can provide a backless perching stool for the shower. There is a small threshold step to the entrance and garden patios but we can provide temporary ramps for access.
The swimming pool has a spacious wet room shower for changing and has 2 steps at the entrance. Unfortunately we cannot supply a hoist for the pool as we do not have a lifeguard for poolside assistance.
