FAMILY FRIENDLY BEACHES
Our family friendly holiday cottages are ideally placed for the wonderful beaches at Holkham and Wells-Next-The-Sea. Both beaches boast golden sand, shady pinewoods and sheltered sand dunes and are within a 15 minute drive. Brancaster beach is also popular with young families as parking is next to the beach.
I really loved Norfolk. The cottage is so so so great and the pool was the best. Everyone absolutely loved it - we thought we should have stayed a whole week. I wish I could stay forever. Bye Bye!
The cottage was immaculate and the on site facilities including the swimming pool, games room and the vast outdoor space were an added bonus. The surrounding area was beautiful and we managed to see so much of Norfolk in such a short space of time. The owners were extremely helpful and ensured we had everything we needed.Barbara

If you are looking for a luxury, family stay in North Norfolk, this is it. If you are looking for a luxury, ecologically aware family stay this is it too. A fabulous holiday with a green conscience, if you will......
Plenty to keep the children entertained and over all very comfy place to stay. Only a short drive from wells next the sea for a day trip out too. Highly recommend for somewhere to stay in Norfolk.

A lovely stay. We throughly enjoyed the cottage and facilities. We didn’t need for anything as it was all provided.
Just wanted to say thanks for the Easter egg - what a lovely welcome surprise! We have had a wonderful stay and Coot cottage worked so well for us with Harry - you really do think of everything!
The facilities well thought through and easy to use. It was great being able to have dinner outside and watch the children play on the playground. We will definitely be returning.
