The Norfolk Green Room and holiday Barns at Cranmer Country Cottages can be hired exclusively as an alternative Eco meeting venue for small business groups and membership club meetings. The site with its stunning facilities and extensive 170 acres of outdoor space is suitable for business away days, team building, training and events for 12 – 24 delegates
Set in peaceful Norfolk countryside surrounded by rolling farmland, close to the beautiful North Norfolk coast and cultural and retail hub of Norwich makes Cranmer Country Cottages & Green Room ideal for corporate venue hire and combining both business and leisure breaks.
The Cranmer Venue can be booked exclusively for 1 to 3 nights midweek, and at weekends subject to availability. The Norfolk Green Room is available for daily hire during weekdays Monday to Thursday on a self-catering or catered basis. *
The Norfolk Green Room
The eco-friendly green meeting room is a purpose built; sustainable meeting room heated with energy from sustainable sources. The flexible space offers a relaxed away from the office meeting venue, with optional break-out rooms when booked with the holiday barns; ideal as a training or small conference venue with onsite short stay accommodation, or simply as a discreet place to hold that important meeting.
The Green Room is ground floor level and fully accessible. It has a large screen TV for presentations. It can seat up to 18 with a boardroom layout up to 24 for a theatre style. The site benefits from Superfast fibre broadband to help deliver meetings and presentations and keep you in touch with business whilst working away.

Cranmer country Cottages is just 15 minutes away from the beautiful north Norfolk coast at Holkham bay and Wells-Next-the-Sea, with direct access to Holkham along the Roman Road which passes our door.
You will find plenty of things to do away from the meeting room. Our kitchens are extremely well-equipped for do-it-yourself catering. Waitrose Sainsburys and Tesco’s will deliver your food shop to site. We also have great local suppliers who will deliver local produce and speciality foods to your door.

Exclusive Venue Hire: Awaydays & Group Stays
Our luxury holiday cottages can accommodate groups of guests so you don’t have to worry about travelling back to different hotels at the end of the day’s activities. Cranmer Country Cottages can offer larger interconnecting cottages for teams or groups of friends who want to stay together. The spacious and well-equipped holiday cottages and eco barns have large glazed doors opening out onto garden terraces and acres of beautiful countryside. The outdoor space is ideal for a group barbeque or hog roast, visiting caterers including pizza oven or fish & chip van.
Leading from the garden terraces the shared grassy paddock provides plenty of space for relaxation or outdoor yoga sessions. There are perimeter walks available on the adjoining privately owned farmland.
Guests also have use of 2 all-weather tennis courts, a games room and the luxury heated indoor swimming pool. All part of an exclusive use package when the site is booked as a business or group venue. *
The games room can be used as a break-out-space or separate dining area. The Green Room Meeting Room is self- contained with a small kitchen and W.C.’s
Cottages can be booked together groups of 2,4,5 6 or 8 if sharing or for up to 16 in separate bedrooms with designated bathrooms. There are 8 properties located on the main Home Farm site, with a cottage annexe within 200 yards of the complex.

Came across this hidden gem by accident and would like to keep it our secret ! However so pleased they are doing well. A lot of care and detail has gone into the renovation of these barns including a fab swimming pool and an essential games room for kids.
We had a wonderful stay! Very comfortable and clean house, and fantastic play area right outside the back door. We really enjoyed the private use of the excellent swimming pool. The games room was also very welcome on rainy days.
The Eco Barn was a lovely place to stay we were pleasantly surprised the Garden House and Avocet were actually connected not just 2 buildings next to each other which was great for our stay. Plenty to keep the children entertained and over all very comfy place to stay. Only a short drive from wells next the sea for a day trip out too. Highly recommend for somewhere to stay in Norfolk.
We booked Garden House, Avocet & Woodpecker for a surprise birthday party for my son. It was such a brilliant weekend and I would like to thank you for recommending Susi; she was marvellous and the food was perfect. Hope to return to Cranmer Cottages in the near future and would thoroughly recommend them to everyone.
