For larger group gatherings of over 20 guests or a memorable extended family get together Cranmer Country cottages is available to book on an exclusive use basis as a single booking. With 8 of our properties all on one site our places lend themselves perfectly to offer excellent group accommodation in North Norfolk.
Exclusive group hire includes use of the Indoor pool, games room, tennis courts and grounds at the rear of the properties. An exclusive use hire agreement requires all the cottages to be booked in a single booking for family and business groups. Please see our site plan for the layout of our properties. Some of our properties have ensuite bathrooms and zip & link beds.
If your group size is over 20 guests, we can discuss the options of booking our site for 20 + guests. Exclusive hire gives everyone the best experience in terms of using the shared onsite facilities and grounds. Out of season we may accept a reduced fee to close the cottages which are not included in you booking.
FAMILY GROUPS
Why not surround yourself with people you want to spend time with! If it all gets a bit much you will still have your own front door. Our properties sleep up to 39 guests including children. You won’t have to share the pool with anyone else during your stay. You’ll get the place all to yourselves, apart from us, the owners, of course. We can put you in touch with some excellent local caterers and food suppliers to add to your special stay.
Our 175acre farm provides plenty of outdoor space in which to explore the local Norfolk wildlife and a relaxing walk. Nearby there is plenty to do including fabulous beaches and walking & cycling trails.
Dining Together
The Green room & games room provide dining space for 20 guests in each space to dine together and Garden House terrace has space for communal outdoor dining.

BUSINESS GROUPS
Our private cluster of cottages and onsite facilities provide an alternative to the usual corporate offering. so you don’t have to worry about your delegates travelling back to different hotels at the end of the day’s activities
We have great green credentials and are on a private site surrounded by north Norfolk countryside. We have capacity for 36 sleeping in 20 bedrooms. 18 guests can dine together in the Green Room with a further dining space for 18 in the games room. We are easily accessed from Norwich Cambridge and London.
The communicating and adjacent cottages provide spacious group accommodation with plenty of space for delegates or group members to relax and dine together at the end of a day of group activities or meetings. Our meeting room and the additional spaces in the games room and nearby properties offer flexible breakout spaces.
The Green Room is available for meetings of 12-36 people depending upon required seating layout. The self-catering properties can accommodate from 12 – 36 guests for corporate home away from home stays. The Green Room is available for daily hire for away days out of season, or as part of a residential package for a private corporate retreat. The self-contained meeting room is wheelchair accessible, has 2 w.c’s and a small galley kitchen. Catering can be arranged and there is also a self-catered option. The meeting room is supplied with flexible modular furniture, 60” wall mounted tv screen, AV system, flip chart & free WIFI and LAN internet connection. There is plenty of free off-road parking. The site has superfast broadband connectivity 2 EV charging points and plenty of off-road parking.

HOW TO BOOK
During high season we require the standard tariff price for each property. However, out of season we may just take a supplement for any properties which are not in use as part of the booking. Exclusive hire does require all 8 cottages on the main site to be booked together and is by special arrangement only.
Our site is not available for large house parties or raucous events. As the business owners our family home is on site adjacent to the converted farm buildings. We will still be at home even if there is an exclusive hire booking in our cottages.
