SPECIAL FACILITIES

luxury indoor heated pool

Our luxury indoor heated pool provides ideal therapy for joint pain or injury recovery & recuperation.  The wide shallow steps and adjacent hand rail make entry to the water more manageable if mobility is restricted.

Water Walking therapy: The pool is shallow enough to walk from one end to the other using the water as gentle resistance.  Water walking is a low-impact cardio exercise. This means it’s gentler on your bones and joints, making it a safer exercise option for people who have conditions like arthritisosteoporosis, or fibromyalgia.

The salt-dosed indoor heated swimming pool is accessed via courtyard 2.  There is an access ramp to the door with a 20cm threshold to the entrance lobby.  There is a large private changing room with shower and WC (we can provide (grab rails) and also a communal space with 4 changing cubicles and locker storage.

The pool is a continental deck level design with long shallow steps with a handrail leading to the shallow end.

All guests have private allocated swim times during their stay. However, if you are booked to stay for a midweek break out of season or if we are not fully booked we can arrange additional private swim slots for water therapy.

Pool water temperature is 29 – 30 degrees – Please note: it is not a hydrotherapy pool.
