At Cranmer Country Cottages we can offer an alternative business away day or meeting venue.  Our large self-catered group of converted barns and cottages are suitable for corporate & business away days or a workcation with meeting rooms and a luxury indoor pool for groups of twelve to twenty near Fakenham & Burnham Market in North Norfolk.  Our flexible group accommodation is located in a secluded rural setting and is ideal for corporate away days and meetings away from the usual bustle of the workplace. Our business venue is within easy reach of London, Cambridge & Birmingham.

Cranmer Country Cottages are a group of 8 barn conversions with luxury onsite facilities in the peaceful Norfolk countryside, perfect for business groups on away days outside of the main UK holiday season.  Businesses can hire the whole site exclusively for their corporate group for a bespoke and memorable business away day experience.

Exclusive Venue Hire: Awaydays & Group Stays

Our luxury holiday cottages can accommodate groups of guests so you don’t have to worry about travelling back to different hotels at the end of the day’s activities. Cranmer Country Cottages can offer larger interconnecting cottages for teams or groups of friends who want to stay together. The spacious and well-equipped holiday cottages and eco barns have large glazed doors opening out onto garden terraces and acres of beautiful countryside. The outdoor space is ideal for a group barbeque or hog roast, visiting caterers including pizza oven or fish & chip van.

Leading from the garden terraces the shared grassy paddock provides plenty of space for relaxation or outdoor yoga sessions. There are perimeter walks available on the adjoining privately owned farmland.

Guests also have use of 2 all-weather tennis courts, a games room and the luxury heated indoor swimming pool. All part of an exclusive use package when the site is booked as a business or group venue. *

The games room can be used as a break-out-space or separate dining area.  The Green Room Meeting Room is self- contained with a small kitchen and W.C.’s

Cottages can be booked together groups of 2,4,5 6 or 8 if sharing or for up to 16 in separate bedrooms with designated bathrooms. There are 8 properties located on the main Home Farm site, with a cottage annexe within 200 yards of the complex.

Room Layouts

The Green Room can be used for a range of functions and events, from presentations to birthday parties. The function room furniture can be arranged in a variety of layouts, including 3 large round tables for buffets or a single long dinning table.

A UNIQUE NORFOLK TEAM BUILDING VENUE:

Cranmer Country Cottages is just 15 minutes away from the beautiful north Norfolk coast at Holkham Bay and Wells-Next-the-Sea. There is direct access to Holkham along the Roman Road, which passes our door. The Roman Road makes a great off-road cycle route, and we have a number of suppliers who can provide electric and conventional bikes to hire.

 

You will find plenty of things to do away from the meeting room. Cranmer Country Cottages are just 2 ½ hours from London, an hour from Cambridge and 3 hours from Birmingham with Stanstead airport less than 2 hours away.  Trains from London & Cambridge arrive in Kings Lynn & Norwich, under an hour’s drive from Cranmer.  Cranmer Country Cottages are Located under 2 miles north of the A148 Fakenham to Kings Lynn Road in the tiny hamlet of Cranmer.
