- All barns & cottages are available for short breaks out of peak season, when we can offer two-, and three-night breaks
- For weekly lets the changeover day is Friday (7 nights)
- For mid – week lets the changeover day is Monday (4 nights)
- For weekend breaks the changeover day is Thursday or Friday (3 nights)
- Departure time is 1000 hrs, arrival time is from 1600 hrs. (May differ during covid restrictions)
- In order to preserve the peace and tranquility of our small holiday complex and, in fairness to all guests, we do not permit additional day visitors including children on the site. All visitor must check in or sign in at reception as part of our booking terms and conditions.
- Only guests listed on the booking form can stay in our properties and use the shared facilities including garden, swimming pool, tennis courts and games room at Cranmer Country Cottages
- Our swimming pool is only available to guests staying onsite.
- Due to our rural location we are on a septic tank system, please, nothing more substantial than loo paper to be flushed into the system
- Fibre Broadband (not superfast)
- No smoking is allowed in any of our properties
- Up to 2 dogs (depending on breed) are permitted in End Cottage only
- No dogs allowed on the main site or shared recreation areas.
- Payment of the deposit is to be made by credit or debit card upon confirmation of booking.
- The balance is payable by credit or debit card two months prior to arrival
- No Fireworks or Drones without written permission and no Chinese Lanterns under any circumstances
- No parties or events without express permission confirmed in writing
- EV Charging: We provide 2 EV charging points for guest use. EV charging must be booked in advance of your stay Domestic chargers are not permitted at the Property.
