NORFOLK SHORT-BREAKS INFORMATION
We offer short cottage breaks of 2, 3 or 4 nights throughout the year in our holiday cottages and Eco Barns, excluding school holidays and bank holidays, see exclusion dates below.
Midweek Holiday Breaks (3 or 4 night stays)
Monday arrival from 4 pm departing by 10 am on Thursday or Friday.
Weekend Holiday Breaks (2, 3 or 4 night stays)
Thursday arrival from 4pm, departing Sunday mid-day – 3 night stay
or
Thursday arrival 4pm check out Monday morning by 10am.- 4 night stay
Friday arrival from 4 pm, departing by 10 am Monday – 3 -night stay
or
Friday arrival from 2 pm departing by mid-day Sunday – 2-night stay
SEASONAL SHORT BREAKS
Short breaks are not available during the following times.
- Easter week – (Friday to Friday only depending on Easter school holiday dates)
- Whitsun Bank Holiday Week(Friday to Friday only)
- Main Summer Holidays July and August(Friday to Friday only)
- October Half Term (Friday to Friday only)
- Christmas and New Year(weekly let or min 5 nights unless advised otherwise)
Throughout the remaining year our weekly 7- night stays are
Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday
NB: Out of season if we do not have a booking leaving or arriving immediately before your stay, we may be able to offer you an earlier/later arrival/departure time. Early arrival is from 2.00pm onwards and will be confirmed in writing 2-weeks in advance of your stay, subject to availability. The latest check out would be 11.00am
POOL & AMENITIES ACCESS
Every guest has the option to swim twice a day in the shared swim times at the start and at the end of each day.
Pool and amenities use become available from 4.00pm on arrival day until 9.00pm on departure day. If you are checking out at mid-day the last timeslot you can access is 11.00am before 12.00 mid-day departure. Outside of these times the swims are available to guests checked in and staying on site.
The private swims are fairly allocated across a 7 night say with a private swim every other day unless you are staying in Owls Roost, Swallows nest or the Eco barn when you will have a private swim each day allocated across the two properties.
When booking a short break the pool allocation will depend on the days you have booked according to our pool timetable.
Your pool key will only work for the pre allocated swim times and any other authorised swim times can be arranged 48 hours in advance of arrival, as we may accept last minute bookings. Out of the peak holiday season and during midweek stays we usually have some flexibility with swim times if not all of the properties are booked. We aim to make this as fair as possible across all guests staying onsite.
