Coot Cottage is small but perfectly formed, a family-friendly and dog-friendly bolthole for 2 – 3 guests and a canine companion. The bijou well-equipped 2 bedroomed cottage is all on one level: offering flexible accommodation for a small family, a couple or friends requiring separate bedrooms. 1 small well-behaved dog is welcome in Coot Cottage outside of the school holiday season.

Avocet is one of our luxury 5* eco-cottages, featuring exposed and original wooden roof trusses combined with a stylish modern interior. The spacious living area is flooded with natural daylight and glazed doors lead onto a private terrace perfect for alfresco dining. This terrace is fenced and gated, giving an added level of privacy for families. This patio leads out onto a large gated paddock with play equipment.
Garden House is an architect designed, contemporary eco-cottage. It has been designed with attention to sustainable eco-credentials maximising alternative energy sources. Eco-friendly under floor heating features throughout and hot water and space heating are supplemented by solar, wind power and a ground source heat pump. The buildings themselves are highly insulated keeping them warm and at the same time cutting down on carbon emissions.
