You can also fit mealtimes in around you, family members who may have special dietary requirements and importantly, around children and infants nap times – not usually something you can do in a hotel or a bed & breakfast.

All of our holiday cottages and Eco-barns have exceptionally well-equipped kitchens designed as your kitchen away from home; with plenty of workspace and everything you need to whip up a casual lunch or something more formal with plenty of pots, pans, cutlery crockery & glasses.  The best bit is that there is a dishwasher in every property, if you don’t wash up by hand at home why would you want to do it on holiday!

Each cottage has a decent size fridge freezer so you can arrange for a supermarket delivery of your regular household comestibles.  We do have some great local delis & farm shops locally, so you don’t need to stock up for your entire stay.  You can book your delivery in advance of your stay just add the name of the cottage you are staying in when you place your order so the driver knows where to go when he gets here.

Beds are made up for your arrival and we can provide travel cots for little ones to save you some space in the car. Sorry, we don’t provide bedding or towels for infants under 2 years.

TOWELS
We provide towels for each guest for use during their stay. Sorry, we don’t provide towels for the pool or the beach.

WHAT TO BRING

We do give all guests a starter basket of tea, coffee, salt & pepper and toilet rolls & hand soap in the bathrooms and under the sink you will find an eco-cleaning pack. We don’t leave any leftover left-over condiments, spices, olive oil or jars of coffee in the properties. We’re sure you’ll have you favourite items to bring. The cottages all have coffee machines – you can find details on the inventory so you will know which pods to bring. It is a good idea to bring along a few air-tight food boxes & cutlery for beach picnics as ours have a habit of going missing! If you are planning on staying past sunset it is also a good idea to bring a throw or two.

If self-catering doesn’t sound much like a holiday to the cook in your family, then you could stay in and be served by a private chef, or order oven to table meals to be delivered to your cottage and simply popped in the oven at your leisure.  Just email and ask for concierge extras and we can put you in touch with some great local catering companies and private chefs.
