Tern Cottage has a spacious simple layout ideal for young families. Following feedback from our guests, we have redesigned the bathroom in Tern. It now has a bath, sink and wet room style fixed shower with shower curtain. The double bedroom offers space for a travel cot and the twin room is spacious with room for the travel cot if preferred.
Owl provides spacious accommodation all on one level suitable for family holidays or for two couples sharing.
Wagtail is a cosy cottage sleeping 4 + travel cot. The well-equipped child-friendly accommodation has an open-plan living space with a compact kitchen. The spacious and child friendly accommodation is all on one level with glazed doors opening onto a private terrace with barbeque. This opens onto a large fenced paddock area with children's play equipment and space for them to run around in safety while Mum and Dad enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace.
Swallow is the largest 4* cottage in terms of floor space with plenty of room for an extended family to spread out and unwind. The cottage has a spacious living area with large glazed doors giving access to the private terrace for family barbeques. The living space opens onto a large fenced paddock area with children's play equipment and space for them to run around in safety while mum and dad enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace.
End Cottage is a comfortable former farm labourers cottage located close to the main Cranmer Country Cottages luxury holiday complex site . The cottage is an end of terrace property with a practical, well equipped family friendly interior and private garden and parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome. End Cottage Guests have access to the tennis courts and swimming pool located on our main site.
Owl’s Roost sleeps 8 and is ideal for a group of friends or an extended family wishing to socialise and eat together with space to be independent. Owl & Wagtail are next door together and are joined by a communicating interior door. Book both cottages to sleep up to 6 adults and up to 4 children.

Swallow’s Nest is two adjacent four-Star luxury cottages, hired as a single property for extended family holidays, birthday, Christmas & New Year gatherings and events. The properties offer flexible space to socialise together when you want to, and a space of your own if you choose to be independent.
