Our cluster of north Norfolk holiday cottages offer spacious well-equipped family friendly accommodation combined with extensive outdoor space with safe enclosed gardens. Our cottages also boast a luxury private indoor pool, all weather tennis courts, play area and games room. The perfect place for a memorable break for family or friends of all ages or an idyllic retreat for those in search of a relaxing break with young children on board. The cottages sleep 2 to 12 guests and are perfectly set up to be child and toddler-friendly to ensure that parents can relax and unwind whilst little ones are entertained.
The cottages provide convenient single-story accommodation and are arranged around three east facing courtyards with direct access to the west facing gardens which are in full view of the properties and safe for children’s play. Inside, the Living areas are bright and well equipped; warm natural colours are mixed with neutral painted brick work and the original roof beams are accentuated with innovative low-energy lighting. Furnishings are child-friendly, combining contemporary styling with practical comfort. Large glazed doors to the rear garden terraces let in plenty of natural daylight and provide wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. This is an excellent place for a sundowner as the sun sets over the rolling farmland in the distance.
There’s plenty to see and do nearby. Guests can take a stroll around the farmland observing the local wildlife. For the more adventurous there is a great off road cycle route directly to Holkham beach along the roman road passing our door. It is just a short drive to the spectacular north Norfolk coast with its wide sandy beaches and sheltered pinewoods. The holiday cottages are perfectly located for exploring some of north Norfolk’s best attractions; restaurants, pubs, pretty villages and the Holkham Estate.
